Data minimization, local storage, and immediate deletion after processing are built into our service architecture. We only process the minimum data necessary for the service to function.
Your Data Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. Our app provides export and deletion features to exercise these rights at any time.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, secure API connections, and access controls to protect your data.

Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data based on legitimate interest (providing the homework validation service) and contractual necessity (fulfilling our service agreement). For educational institutions, we can provide Data Processing Agreements upon request.
